Ardas Kaur Khalsa:
Founder of Ardas Healing Connection, llc., International Kundalini Yoga Level 2 Instructor, and teaching Reiki Master.
Ardas’ interest in healing therapies began some 35 years ago. She began exploring meditation and other modalities, and incorporated them into her lifestyle. Ardas obtained a degree in traditional science (B.S, in Biology), working professionally as a lab researcher, and eventually added a M.S. degree in Natural Health – coursework that led her toward further study and practice in holistic and other non-traditional therapies.
Ardas discovered Reiki and Kundalini Yoga in 1994, and continues to practice and teach both therapies as effective methods for healing.
Ardas is passionate about introducing Reiki, yoga, meditation and other integrative therapies into the hospital setting. Recently, Ardas taught yoga to oncology patients at Scottsdale Honor Health and in the Banner hospital system. She was the lead Reiki Therapist at two Banner facilities spanning a seven year period.
Beginning in 2018 and ongoing, Ardas has now brought her volunteering into Hospice of the Valley with her beloved Aussie companion, Shelby, working together as a team offering pet therapy to hospice patients.
Currently, Ardas’ interest is on expanding her healing and teaching presence in the Phoenix area- teaching classes with the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation and with their Senior Human Services Department where she teaches Meditation, Meditation Series, Gentle Yoga for Seniors, Kundalini Yoga, and Mostly Meditation.
